Ok so I’m super late on updating my blog. Better late than never! Christmas Eve, Eve we woke up to our Elf with a note on the kitchen table saying it was time to see Santa. The boys got right to their annual snowman list that Elfafin prepares for them the night before. He is a super busy and awesome Elf!
We got to “The fish market” as Jayden calls it right as they were handing out the Santa passes. I stood in line while the boys walked around with Jason looking at all of the new toys they had set up.
We didn’t have to wait long. Thank goodness! As we were leaving the line was pretty long.
I would love to say Peyton didn’t have any questions about Santa being real this year but Id be lying. It’s happening, and its ok. We did our best to avoid answering. I just couldn’t…. too much going on this year. I’m thankful he still believes most of the time.
Gotta love free Santa pics…. these boys are so big!
That night we invited family to the very first Christmas Eve Service…. The first one is the least crowded.
My sister and a few of her kids came, Gpa and my mom came too. We took two rows, in front of course. Gpa needs the leg room and the kids love seeing everything up close.
The children’s choir were so sweet! One of the youth pastors asked Jayden and Peyton to be in the program this year but we turned it down…. seriously so much going on I wasn’t sure if they’d make all of the practices. I told them next year for sure. I love that they boys want to be a part of it.
Silent Night…. Happy Birthday Jesus!
